Stuck on an export, or something didn't come out right? Email us and we'll do our best to help. MemoriesExport is a small, independent operation — one person, not a call center — so there's no phone line and no ticket queue, just a real inbox. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.

Before you email
A lot of questions have a quick answer already written up. These are the pages that solve most of what people write in about:

Writing about a specific job
If something went wrong with a job you started, a few details let us help you much faster. Please include:
- The job link or ID — the address of your job page, so we can find exactly the run you mean.
- What went wrong — what you expected, what actually happened, and any error message you saw.
- Your browser and OS — e.g. "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on macOS", or whether you used the Mac / Windows app.
Please don't send us your photos or videos — we don't need them to look into a problem, and we'd rather you kept them to yourself.
